We are honored to have you join us for this transformative journey. Luminous Coherence™ is the result of decades of practice, study, and refinement—a synthesis of meditation, neuroscience, and timeless wisdom traditions. By enrolling in this course, you are not only stepping into a method designed to liberate your inner and outer life but also becoming part of a sacred container where the integrity of the teachings is held with great care.
To maintain the depth and coherence of this transmission, and to ensure the ethical preservation of the work, we ask that you read and agree to the following terms:

Terms of Agreement
    1    Ownership and Protection of Intellectual Property
The Luminous Coherence™ method, including all course materials, audio practices, visual aids, written content, diagrams, frameworks, live teachings, and associated language, are the exclusive intellectual property of Rod Stryker. This includes all proprietary teachings, written protocols, processes, and methods—whether delivered orally, digitally, or in print—and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
    2    Non-Teaching Clause
By participating in this course, you agree not to teach, disseminate, adapt, reproduce, share, publish, record, or transmit any portion of the Luminous Coherence™ methodology, whether in part or in whole, either verbally or in writing, without the prior express written consent of Rod Stryker.
This includes:
    ◦    Teaching or sharing the Luminous Coherence™ protocol under another name or method
    ◦    Integrating the method into other courses, publications, online offerings, workshops, coaching programs, or trainings
    ◦    Transcribing, summarizing, or publishing course content for public distribution (including on social media)
    3    Respect for the Container
This course is offered as a sacred transmission and a living system of practice. Your agreement ensures the integrity of this work is upheld, protects the rights of the creator, and supports future students receiving the method in its intended depth.
    4    Request for Permission
If you wish to share or teach any part of the Luminous Coherence™ methodology outside of certification, a formal request must be submitted in writing. Permission may be granted at the sole discretion of Rod Stryker.
    5    Acknowledgment
By purchasing this course and signing or checking the acknowledgment box at registration, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms above. Your participation is conditional upon honoring this agreement in full.
